Connecticut’s official health insurance marketplace, where you can shop, compare and enroll in quality healthcare plans.
Back to School Assistance
Clinton Social Services provides back to school assistance by providing school supplies and backpacks to Clinton students in need.
Care 4 Kids
Helping low to moderate income families in Connecticut pay for child care costs, sponsored by the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood.
Clinton Community Action Team
Are you age 70 or over and need help with everyday tasks such as housework or yardwork, transportation, or just want some companionship? We can help.
Clothing Assistance
If you are in need of a winter coat or other items of clothing (job related or for a job interview) please contact us.
Connecticut Energy Assistance Program
CEAP is designed to help offset the winter heating costs of Connecticut's lower income households.
CT Food Bank Mobile Food Pantry
Founded in 1982, Connecticut Food Bank is a member of Feeding America’s nationwide network of food banks. The mission of Connecticut Food Bank is to provide nutritious food to people in need.
David Muir Trust
David Muir established a Trust through this Will in order to provide financial assistance to Clinton residents 70 and over to obtain necessities and to live a more comfortable life. Learn more.

Emergency Food Assistance
Are you food insecure? Need immediate help? We also can assist with basic hygiene items, toiletries, and cleaning products/paper goods if available.
Holiday Gift Giving Program for Children (to age 18)
Our department provides holiday gifts for children and teenagers annually.

Municipal Agents (MAs) assist elders within their towns by disseminating information regarding the available community resources and potential benefits.

Operation Fuel ensures equitable access to energy for all by providing year-round energy and utility assistance, promoting energy independence, and advocating for affordable energy.
Renter’s Rebate (Renter’s Tax Relief Program)
Renter's Rebate is an annual statewide program through the State of Connecticut - Office of Policy and Management.

SNAP, formerly known as food stamps, helps eligible individuals and families afford the cost of food at supermarkets, grocery stores and farmers’ markets.

The Connecticut Soldiers', Sailors', and Marines' Fund was established in 1919 to assist needy wartime veterans and their families.
Summer Camp Scholarships
Clinton Human Services offers financial assistance to pay for or defray the cost of summer camp for children in income-eligible families.
