The State Department of Social Services administers and delivers a wide array of services to children, families, adults, people with disabilities and elders. These services may include health care coverage, child support, long-term care and supports, energy assistance, food and nutrition aid, and program grants.

You may pick up a paper application (Form W-1E) in the Clinton Social Services office during normal business hours, apply online at www.connect.ct.gov, or contact DSS directly at 1-855-6-CONNECT (1-855-626-6632).
