Formerly known as food stamps, SNAP recipients in Connecticut must report when their household’s total monthly gross income goes above 130% of the federal poverty level (FPL).

How to Apply

To apply online, please visit www.connect.ct.gov, visit a local State of CT Department of Social Services office, or apply through the mail.
