Are you age 70 or over and need help with everyday tasks such as housework or yard work, transportation, or just want some companionship?

Clinton Community Action Team, in partnership with the Clinton Police Department, Clinton Human Services, Families Helping Families, People’s United Bank, and Clinton Rotary has formed this program based on the understanding that in order for seniors to remain independent in their home, additional assistance with tasks is often a need. By enrolling online and being approved in this program, you will be able to make a request for help, which will be made available to a CCAT member (Clinton Community Assistance Team), who may choose to fulfill your request for assistance. The Clinton Police Department recruits, trains, and credentials these volunteers. Clinton Community Action Team provides criminal background checks of all volunteers.

If you wish to sign up for this program, please visit www.urcommunitycares.org and go to the “Be a Community Member” tab.
