David Muir executed his Will on September 22, 1987. He established the Trust through this Will in order to provide financial assistance to Clinton residents 70 and over to obtain necessities and to live a more comfortable life. The funds are not to be used for medical bills which are otherwise covered by insurance or costs which could be covered by Title 19. The Trust funds were originally accepted by The New Connecticut Bank and Trust Company on May 1, 1991, and are currently administered through Bank of America.
